Sorry, have been enjoying my holidays that I've been to busy to blog!(: OKay, give me some time to blog finish Monday's overnight. (: In the meantime, let me blog about recently. I've been so fit this week! Monday after the afternoon super tough race, we're drained. But we still have some more at night! Tuesday evening, had floorball training. =/ I almost died. Thursday had physical training. And my muscles are aching, but at the same time developing(: haha. OKay, allow me to talked about this Wednesday. Was fun! We turned EL into a Minds' Cafe. heehee. The games are fun! Trust me. haha. So we played for a while, then me and Xiuping went out to Street E. It's always so irony. Everytime before I'll be very reluctant to go. But I know at the end I will be encouraged. And yes, this time too. I'm!(: When I see how God use me to work in the lives of youths. Must give God the best before my youth is gone. hehe. So after we went back, we played a few games too. haha. Then after the whole thing, Stephen taught me and Nic a new game which he said he learned from his army friends! SUPPER DUPER FUNNY! Is like (in chinese) "Shui ben dan ah, ni ben dan." Is so fun! and FUNNYYYYY! Me and Nic totally enjoy ourselves that during dinner time, Nic kept pestering Stephen to sit with us to play this game. Like what's wrong with this 12 years old. OKay, 12 is understandable. But how about this 22 and 18! LOL! And Stephen is super disgusting. He put his socks and shoes infront of the fan. And he wanted me to touch it to see whether if it is wet. EEEEE! And this grandpa Tay kept calling me auntie! Ergh! Then after we went to prayer gathering. And I went home with Yiyi. So we talked about Monday's EYF. So funny! hahahaha.
Then today, had our EYF closing ceremony. Wow, this is the first time I'm going it through as a non-secondary student. hahaha. OKay, that's besides the point. haha. Like it is so tough la! is the sum up for the whole of EYF. Ergh. See that's why I'm so fit this week. We start off with QT at EL. Then the race. Our group came in last. So we were trying hard to maintain our composure. We were like so slow and steady. haha. Then so we had to eat garlic.haha, and we were the ones who set up roadblock. And we lost. Terrible. I wonder they were angry.=/ But we enjoyed ourselves la. Ergh. Stephen kept laughing at us. I think we are really terrible. haha. OKay, nothing to blog about liao. Cya all soon! (:
I was just looking at the EYFs photos of last time, like around 2003 and 2004. I think EYF of last time is really different from nowadays one. (But I'm not saying which is not good or not good, both good, but just different) I remembered how we will usually gathered at Guilin on most of the days to study God's word or a Christian lit intently. At times we will "borrow" somebody's place to BBQ, at times we will go to the nature parks. And how we really spur one another on towards love and good deeds. And there's always many many ppl who turn up. Every level, from sec1 to sec5, from poly yr1 to yr3, there will be a few people from each different levels. But what happned now? Some poly students, very FEW secondary students. We don't have any sec1 at all. Then one or two from each level. What's happening? Probably most of us have grown out of EYF. Yes, true. Those who I gone through EYF with when I was sec 1 are working now. (: But have we been working hard for the harvest? Have we totally stopped bringing in people? Is it youths nowadays are more hardcore, or we simply don't care that people need the Lord?
WELCOME ♥
Hi, thank you for visiting this humble space of mine. I don't blog as often as I used to because I no longer find any value in blogging daily affairs, although reminiscing the past is important because it's the past that made who I am today. But I will make use of other platforms. I would pop by here if I find any thought-provoking matters or current affairs that are worthy for me to pen my thoughts.
